Key points for applicants:

• Financial thresholds have been changed to the following;
  Family Eligibility Threshold – Gross household income
  1 child Max $27,000.00, 2 children Max $31,000.00, 3 children Max    
  $36,000.00, 4 children Max $40,000.
  
  
• An endorser letter is no longer required. A reference name and contact is
  required for all applications. They must be able to verify the financial
  and or social situation. They cannot be family members.  
  
  
• Dance has been added for a one year trial as long as coaching is provided
     for the registration fee. Grants are for payment of registration fees
     and/or equipment and are to be used only in activities that demonstrate a
     sustained sport experience/dance that are led by qualified coaches and/or
     instructors.
  
  
• Applications will not be accepted unless complete and proof of income is
     provided. The parent/legal guardian must complete the application and
     provide proof of family income (notice of assessment and a recent pay
     stub).
